The below flowchart shows an overview of a general order process.

1. SHOP
We cover both online and offline shops! Please note that offline shops are limited to Seoul area, but keep a look out on the Bulletin for announcements! Generally we can help you purchase most items like clothing, cosmetics, K-pop merchandise, etc, but please check list of prohibited items before placing an order.

Check out the list of shops to help you get started. The shops are not limited to the list but just for your easy reference.
​
For items that are available in both online and physical stores in Seoul, South Korea, you can indicate your preference in the order form. If your preference is from the online store, but if it is unavailable/out of stock, we will help you check the physical store just to be sure! Same applies vice-versa.

2. ORDER
​
Sign up as a member on our site or login if you are an existing member. You can also login via your Google or Facebook account.
​
Download the order form in the Forum. (Note: Form is only available for site members.)
​
Fill in the required fields on the form and input your order. You can provide a link to the item (for online products) or provide a picture (for offline products). If there is an item that you wish to purchase but not sure which shop is selling it, no worries! Just provide us with a photo and we will try our best to find it for you!
​
Once the form is complete, email it to us and we will revert within 1-2 days on whether the items are in stock or not, the amount for your first payment, etc. A reference number for your order will also be given to you. Please use this number when making payments or when making enquiries.
​
IMPORTANT! An order is confirmed only after we have received the first payment. If payment is not made within 7 days, OrderNextDoor reserves the right to amend the payable amount based on the exchange rate provided by OANDA on the reissue date. Orders will be held only for a maximum of 30 days, after which will be deemed as cancelled. Once an order is cancelled, if you still wish to purchase the item(s), you will need to submit as a new order.

You will receive the first receipt and an email confirmation from us by the next day. Please reach out to us if you didn't receive an email confirmation within 48 hours of making the payment.

By submitting an order, means that you agreed to the T&Cs and Privacy Policy stated below.

3. COURIER OPTIONS
​
Options available are SF Express, EMS and DHL.
​
Please note that these are external parties hence OrderNextDoor has no influence and control over their rates and services.
​
You can check their individual website for an estimated shipping fee.

As we aim to help individuals like yourself to save on shipping fees, the courier option that you have selected in the form may not be final. We will advise if we can find a cheaper alternative for your order and will only proceed to ship it out upon your confirmation.
​
Once you are agreeable with the arrangement, you will be notified of the amount for the second payment. Kindly make the payment within 2 days.
​
IMPORTANT! Orders will only be shipped out if we received the payment within 2 days. If payment is not made, the order will be considered abandoned. Once an order is abandoned, if you still wish to purchase the item(s), you will need to submit as a new order.
​
Orders will be shipped out in the next 1-2 days after payment is received. You will receive a second receipt and an email notification from us with your tracking number.
​

**ONLY APPLICABLE TO SINGAPORE ORDERS**
All orders to Singapore will have the additional option to be shipped by batch. Batch orders will be shipped out every week. Upon arrival in Singapore, you get the option for collection (free) or tracked mail (fee will be included in second payment).

Mass collection: Notification on venue and time will be sent out 2 days prior to collection date

Collection at other times: Yew Tee/Choa Chu Kang only. Kindly drop us an email to arrange.

Tracked package: Package sent via SingPost.
​
Due to rules and regulations from SingPost, rolled poster(s) have to be sent separately from albums. Folded poster(s) can be sent in the same package as albums.
​
IMPORTANT! Orders will be held on to for 30 days, if no collection has been arranged within 30 days of notification, order will be considered abandoned. Once an order is abandoned, if you still wish to purchase the item(s), you will need to submit as a new order.

4. PAYMENT
Currently we only accept payments in USD or SGD.

For purchases made in currencies other than KRW, conversion follows card rate. For purchases made in KRW, amount for your purchase order is converted from KRW to USD/SGD using OANDA. The rate used will be the rate as seen on the OANDA website on the same date as when your order reference number is issued to you.

Example
Order form submitted on 01 April 2021, all items confirmed to be in stock, reference number issued on 02 April 2021 to make first payment, the exchange rate used will be the rate on 02 April 2021.
​

5. FEES
First payment covers the original price of the item plus our service fee. Original price of the items includes postage fees if your order is made from an online shop. If you are in no hurry to receive your order, you can opt to wait for someone else to order from the same store to split the postage fee!
​
A flat service fee is charged per order:
1 to 5 item(s) -> 5 USD / 7 SGD
6 to 10 items -> 10 USD / 13 SGD
11 to 20 items -> 14 USD / 18 SGD
21 to 30 items -> 17 USD / 22 SGD
More than 30 items -> 20 USD / 26 SGD

Second payment covers the shipping fees (additional mailing fees applies for Singapore orders that opt for registered mail) but there is no additional fee from us.
​
For batch orders, shipping fees will be split by order weight. So it may vary from batch to batch. However, we will always try to come up with the most optimal arrangement for everyone!
​
A third payment may be required for the difference in actual shipping fee charged versus the amount estimated in the second payment. If actual shipping fee is less than the amount in the second payment, we will contact you to arrange for a refund or you can choose to keep as credits for your next purchase.
​
If you are transferring via Paypal with a different currency other than USD or SGD, please note that you will need to bear Paypal's conversion rate. There may also be transaction fees payable to Paypal. Please check the rates here that apply to your country.
​
If you require photos of your items before shipping it out to you, please feel free to request from us. We understand that some platforms will charge for unboxing but over here, there is no additional fee. Yes it's FREE!
​
For posters, each individual order should come with a poster tube, we will inform you if otherwise. For batch orders, if you require poster tubes (or additional poster tubes for individual orders), please note there will be charges for the cost of the tube but no further charges from us in helping you to procure a tube.

Terms & Conditions:
OrderNextDoor reserves the right to reject any order containing any item stated in the prohibited items list or deemed dangerous and/or illegal. Said list is subjected to change at anytime without given notice to align in accordance with regulations.
​
OrderNextDoor do not own nor have any affiliation, unless specifically stated as such, with any of the courier listed in Section 3 above nor with any of the stores. These are external parties hence OrderNextDoor has no influence nor control over the prices/rates and quality of their goods and/or services. As such, OrderNextDoor does not accept any return/refund/exchange for any orders, except in the case of a refund for difference between shipping fees paid in the second payment versus actual shipping fees of package.

OrderNextDoor will not be responsible for any missing or wrongly delivered packages. Returned package for unclaimed/incorrect address will be charged again so please ensure to provide your full complete address when submitting your order form.
​
OrderNextDoor is committed to ensuring all items are prepared for delivery, such as wrapping, sticker for fragile items when applicable, etc. OrderNextDoor will not be liable for any lost/damaged packages in transit.
​
OrderNextDoor is not liable for any international shipments which may be subjected to import duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the destination country and OrderNextDoor do not have control over them.
​
Payments are accepted in only USD and SGD. For proxy purchases made in currencies other than KRW, conversion will follow the credit/debit card rate. For proxy purchases made in KRW, exchange rate provided by the platform, OANDA, will be used. First payment has to be made within 7 days upon receiving your order reference number. If payment is not made after 7 days, OrderNextDoor reserves the right to amend the payable amount according to the change in exchange rates, and will continue to do so as and when until the 30th day. After which the order will be deemed cancelled and you will have to submit a new order should you still wish to purchase those items. Second payment has to be made within 2 days upon notification. If payment is not made after 2 days, order will be regarded as abandoned and OrderNextDoor reserves the right to not ship out the package and not to refund the first payment. Once an order is abandoned, you will have to submit a new order should you still wish to purchase those items. For batch orders, orders will be held onto for 30 days from arrival of the bulk package and collection should be made within those 30 days. After 30 days, orders that have not been collected will be considered abandoned.
There will be no refund for cancelled/abandoned orders after order has been confirmed.

If you are transferring via Paypal with a different currency other than USD or SGD, please note that you will need to bear Paypal's conversion rate. Any other fees incurred when transferring using Paypal will be covered by yourself. Please check the rates here that apply to your country.

For proxy purchases made via online shops, OrderNextDoor will reach out to you in the case of incorrect and/or damaged and/or missing goods. In this case, OrderNextDoor will help as best as we can to come to an arrangement (refund/exchange/etc) between you and the seller.

By placing an order, you are agreeing to all of the stated terms and conditions.

OrderNextDoor reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
